I've been the Exhibit Manager for Philips Medical Systems for over twenty years. Basically, I'm a one-man show. I work with marketing to determine goals for a given exhibit, then convey this to the production team hired to create the booth, providing input on both sides throughout the process. I am also involved in concept and design, always looking for innovative ways to present the Philips brand. I find that the production team's knowledge of our products and their ability to collaborate with me are crucial, as are flexibility and cost effectiveness.
